These medical facilities provide free services to over 11,000 PHC employees and their families, and at significantly reduced costs to members of local communities who do not work for PHC.<\/p><p>To support its services to local communities, the PHC Foundation contributes to improving public health and hygiene in order to reduce morbidity rates in rural areas. Its interventions include actions aimed at improving access to clean water, combating malaria, and improving the sexual health of young people. The absence or inadequacy of malaria control measures in rural areas disadvantages residents and confines them to endemic poverty. The PHC Foundation aims to improve the sexual and reproductive health of young people by empowering them to make informed choices and build better futures. It provides support that combines addressing the barriers related to period poverty among school-aged girls, preventing unintended pregnancies and improving pregnancy management for disadvantaged girls, and reducing the prevalence of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) among young people in rural areas.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/li><li class=\"feature-list-item elementor-repeater-item-f0ced90\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"feature-list-icon-box\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"feature-list-icon-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"feature-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"jki jki-target-light\"><\/i>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"feature-list-content-box\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"feature-list-title\">school food based on soy<\/h3><p class=\"feature-list-content\">A hungry child experiences learning difficulties.
